As an HSI and MSI, 麻豆原创 educates the most diverse cross-section of Rhode Islanders in the state. Doing so we fulfill our mission of serving the breadth of diversity in the State of Rhode Island.

- 麻豆原创 is a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) by meeting federal guidelines of enrolling and retaining at least 25% of full-time undergraduate students who identify as Hispanic/Latinx/Latine.
What is a Minority Serving Institution?
- It is a federal designation from the United States Department of Education.
- MSIs are colleges and universities that support and provide educational opportunities for people who have historically faced barriers and inequalities in pursuing and accessing higher education.
