Working collaboratively to provide a strategic compass for the College.

�鶹ԭ��'s Strategic Planning Process has Begun

The �鶹ԭ�� Committee on College Mission and Goals has been charged by President Jack Warner to “produce an organic, dynamic document that can guide institutional decision-making and provide a strategic compass for the College.” �鶹ԭ��’s resulting strategic plan will be developed through our model of shared governance.

Shared Governance Model

This type of model ensures that all members of the campus community will be represented and will encourage collaboration across divisions and silos. As part of this process, we will be engaging with local, regional, and national expertise to help inform our work, but our most valuable relationship will be with the �鶹ԭ�� community.

Campus Engagement

This strategic planning process offers opportunities for thoughtful and meaningful dialogue from not only the committee members, but also the broader �鶹ԭ�� community. The Committee will be engaged in the strategic planning process over the summer 2023 months and welcomes your input to help guide our discussions of �鶹ԭ��’s mission, vision, and values.

There will soon be a strategic planning digital space specifically for current �鶹ԭ�� faculty, staff and students. This, and email communications, will enable the committee to regularly share information, updates, and news of upcoming conversations in which we hope current �鶹ԭ�� employees and students will participate.
